Removal
1. Disconnect wiring connector 1 from the fuel pressure regulating valve.
2. Remove the fuel pressure regulating valve Y74 (see figure 5.63).

Installation
3. Wipe the sealing surfaces.
4. Lightly lubricate seals 2 and 3 with special grease 001 989 42 51 10 before installing the fuel pressure regulating valve.
5. Insert the fuel pressure regulating valve Y74. Tighten the valve mounting bolt in two steps.
