2. Remove the bracket and remove the float and needle valve.
3. Install float and new needle valve and secure with clip.
4. Install gauge 13 1 070.
5. Raise the float until resistance appears; while the needle valve must be recessed. In this position, the heel of the gauge should be aligned with the top edge of the float notch.
6. If necessary, bend the float tongue.
7. If there is no caliber, adjust the fuel level in the float chamber as follows:
- remove the carburetor cover with gasket and lock the float axis to prevent it from rising;
- disconnect the wires from the ignition coil and fill the float chamber with fuel, starting the engine with a starter;
- measure the distance between the fuel level and the plane of the float chamber connector, which should be within 7±1 mm with the carburetor cover;
- in case of deviation from the norm, adjust by bending the float tongue.
