Removal
1. Drain the coolant.
2. Remove the radiator grille and air intake.
3. Unscrew bolt 1 (see figure 5.38).

5. Cooling system pipe.
4. Disconnect the cooling system pipe 5 from the thermostat housing 4.

5. Disconnect the drain pipe from the thermostat housing 4.
6. Disconnect the wiring connector from the coolant temperature sensor B60.1.
7. Unscrew bolts 6.
8. Remove thermostat housing 4 from the cylinder head.
Installation
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Wipe the sealing surfaces, replace the gasket.
