Removal



1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the heater with the bracket.

3. Unscrew the bolts 1 (see figure 10.3a).

4. Remove the protective cover 2.

5. Disconnect the wiring connector A72.1.

6. Disconnect the support plate 3 with the control unit A72.

Installation



7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

8. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

9. Remove the heater.

10. Unscrew the control unit mounting bolts.

11. Remove the control unit 1 of the heater 2 as far as the electrical wires 3 allow (see figure 10.3 b). Disconnect the wiring connector from the control unit.

12. Remove the heater control unit 1.
