Removal the rubber sealing ring from the rear door glass



Removal the rubber sealing ring from the rear door glass


1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.

2. Remove the windshield wiper arm and open the rear door.

3. Remove the clips and remove the lower rear door trim panel. To remove the clip, unscrew the screw from the center of the clip and then remove the clip.

4. Remove the rear door handle trim panel, then remove the interior trim panel from the rear door.

5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield wiper and remove the windshield wiper wiring from the mounting brackets.

6. Remove the wiper mounting nuts, then remove the retainer from the cap on the wiper shaft and remove the wiper from the rear door (see fig. Location of rear wiper mounting nuts, Removing the cap retainer from the rear wiper shaft).



7. Release the retaining clip and remove the outer and inner trim of the windshield wiper shaft from the rear door glass together with the rubber sealing ring (see fig. Installation



1. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Check the reliability of the fastening of the retainer on the windshield wiper shaft.
