Removal
1. Roll down the door glass completely.
2. Open the front door and with the rear door closed, unscrew the hinge bolts (1).
3. Press the protective sleeve (2) away from the door post using a plastic key (disconnect the spring clips).
4. Pull out the stopper (4) of the square plug connection using a suitable hook.
5. Open the back door.

6. Remove the door brake sealing gasket (6) and unscrew the screw (5).
7. Pull the door up from the hinges with the help of an assistant. At the same time, disconnect the plug connection from the door post, being careful not to damage the varnish coating.
Installation
1. Insert the door from above into the hinges, while connecting the plug connection and snap the stopper (4) into place by pressing on it.
2. Secure the protective sleeve (2) in the spring clamps.
3. Screw the door brake with bolt (5) to the door pillar with a torque of 25 Nm.
4. Install the cover (6).
5. If necessary, adjust the door, then tighten the hinge bolts (1) to a torque of 35 Nm.
