Removal



1. Remove the inner door trim.

2. Carefully remove the sealing film. Be careful: the film tears easily.

3. Lower the window glass as low as possible until the screw (2) is in the mounting hole. (3 – window regulator rail, 1 – glass.)

4. Remove the screw (2) at the front of the window regulator rail.

5. Slightly lift the glass from the rear and remove the crackers from the window regulator rail.

6. Press the glass upwards and secure it from falling out with a plastic or wooden wedge.

7. The window lifter (4) is riveted. Drill out 6 rivets (8) with a 4.8 mm drill. Make sure that the drill does not penetrate the inner sheet metal of the door. For riveting, you will need pliers for hidden rivets.



8. Pull out the window regulator with the bus and remove it downwards. Electric window regulator Remove it together with the motor. Disconnect the window regulator wire.

Installation



1. Install the window regulator in the door and rivet it using pliers for blind riveting. If you do not have pliers, you can secure the window regulator with screws and nuts. Before tightening, cover the screws with a protective agent, such as Loctite 270 or Omnifit.

2. Carefully lower the glass and insert it together with the crackers from the window lifter arm side into the window lifter rail recess.

3. Insert the front window lift arm into the lift rail and screw it in without tightening. Screw (2) is tightened only after the door window has been adjusted.

4. Connect the electrical wires.

5. Adjust the door window.

6. Apply the sealing film so that there are no folds.

Attention! Do not damage the film – it must perform a perfect seal.


7. Install the interior door trim.
