Removal



1. Remove the inner door trim.

2. Carefully remove the sealing film from the bottom area.

Attention! The film tears easily.


3. Lower the glass completely down.

4. Press the inner window sealing rail upwards away from the door frame using a wide plastic wedge. Position the mounting wedge as close as possible to the retaining clips. The clips remain on the door.

5. Press the outer window sealing strip in the same way.17. Lift the window slightly upwards. Unscrew the nut from the window regulator strip at the front and disconnect the window regulator lever.



6. Remove the glass by tilting it forward and upward from the door opening.

Installation



1. Insert the glass from above into the door opening and carefully lower it down.

2. Slide the glass from the bottom up and insert it into the guide rail and crackers.

3. Insert the front window lift arm into the lift rail and screw it in without tightening. Tighten the nut only after adjusting the door glass.

4. Insert the sealing strips into the door frame from the front.

5. Adjust the door glass.

6. Attach the sealing film, making sure there are no folds.

Attention! Do not damage the film – it must provide a perfect seal.


7. Install the interior door trim.
