Removing
1. Remove an internal covering of a door.
2. Carefully remove the sealing film.
Attention! The film breaks easily.
3. Disconnect the retaining clip from the power window bus.
4. Lowered glass with the tire of a window lifter take down from a slider and move upwards in the tire of a window. Secure the glass with a plastic or wooden wedge so that it does not fall out.
5. The glass lifter is riveted. Drill out four rivets with a 4.8 mm bit. At the same time, make sure that the drill does not enter the inner plate of the door. Rivets require special blind rivet pliers.
6. Remove the window regulator from below. The power window lifter is removed with the engine. Disconnect the power window wire.
Installation
1. Insert the power window into the door and rivet with blind rivet pliers. If pliers are not available, the power window can be fixed with screws and nuts. Lubricate the screws with a protective agent such as Loctite 270 or Omnifit before screwing in.
2. Carefully lower the glass and install the retaining clip.
3. Connect electrical wires.
4. Attach the sealing film, making sure there are no wrinkles.
Attention! Do not damage the film - it must be perfectly sealed.
5. Install the inner door trim.
