Removal the front license plate holder


1. Apply the parking brake, then raise the front of the vehicle and secure it on stands.

2. Open the hood, unscrew the nut and remove the bolt located at the top center of the bumper (see fig. Unscrewing the nut located in the center of the bumper in its upper part).



3. On models with an outside air temperature gauge in the instrument cluster, unscrew the screws and remove the license plate from the front bumper. Remove the two rubber plugs, then unscrew the mounting screw and remove the outside air temperature sensor and license plate holder from the bumper (see fig. 4. From underneath the vehicle, remove the bolts securing the ends of the bumper to the bracket. On models with an oil cooler, remove the heat exchanger bracket and remove the heat exchanger to access the left bumper mounting bolts.

5. Unscrew the bumper mounting nuts and remove the bumper.

6. Check the condition of the bumper brackets and replace them if damaged.

Installation



1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
