The brake fluid reservoir is located in the engine compartment. It is divided into two chambers, one for each brake circuit. The screw closure has a vent hole that must not be blocked. The reservoir is transparent so that the brake fluid level can be checked from the outside at any time. It is advisable to look at the tank at regular intervals.
The liquid level with the lid closed must be between the marks "max" And "min", squeezed out on the tank.
Fill with DOT 4 brake fluid only.
Due to the wear of the brake discs, there is a slight decrease in the level of the brake fluid. This is considered normal.
But if the level of the brake fluid drops sharply for a short time, then this is a sign of its leakage.
In this case, you must immediately locate the leak. For safety reasons, the brake system should be checked in a specialized car workshop.
