Removal and installation the front wing (Mercedes-Benz Vito W639)

1. Remove the front bumper.

2. Remove the turn signal repeater.

3. Loosen the screws (1). When installing, tighten to the following torques:

• for cars up to chassis number 252529:
• 9 Nm.
• for vehicles with body numbers starting from body number 252530: 14 Nm.

4. Unscrew the bolts (pos. 2-4) securing the wing to the body. When installing, tighten to the following torques: M6 - 7 Nm, M5 - 4 Nm.

5. Remove the wing (5). When installing, align the wing along the guides (6).
