Removal



1. Remove the transmission.

2. Unscrew the pressure plate mounting bolts 2 (see figure 6.1).

1. Clutch slave disc,
2. Pressure plate,
3. Clutch release bearing,
4. Clutch release lever,
5. Centering pin.


3. Remove pressure plate 2 with driven clutch disc 1 from the flywheel.

4. Remove the clutch release bearing 3.

Installation



5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace the pressure plate mounting bolts.

Cars with engine 611.980



Removal



6. Remove the transmission.

7. Insert locking device 1 (see figure 6.2).

1. Locking device,
2. Clutch driven disc,
3. Pressure plate,
3. Clutch release bearing,
4. Locking device,
5. Centering pin.


8. Remove the pressure plate mounting bolts 2.



9. Disconnect pressure plate 2 with driven clutch disc 3 from the flywheel.

Installation



10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace the pressure plate mounting bolts.
