Removal
1. Remove the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.
2. Remove the generator drive belt.
3. Disconnect connector 12 of the air conditioning compressor clutch (figure 8.16).
4. Disconnect tubes 8 and 9 from adapters 6 and 7.
5. Unscrew bolts 10.
6. Remove the air conditioning compressor 4.
7. Unscrew bolt 1.
8. Remove manifold 2.
9. Replace compressor 4 or replace refrigerant.
10. Replace the receiver/dry separator.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Volume of refrigerant to be charged: 1.225+ 0.005 kg.
