1. Never disconnect any part of the A/C refrigerant circuit until the refrigerant has been removed by a qualified refrigeration technician.
2. If parts of the air conditioner interfere with any other repair work, it is possible to remove their fastening and move them to the side as far as the flexibility of the connections allows, but do not disconnect the hoses. If, nevertheless, there is still not enough space to perform work, then before disconnecting and removing parts, it is necessary to completely discharge the system. Charge the system when finished.
3. Periodically check the condition of the condenser, remove dirt and insects from it with a water jet from a hose or compressed air.
4. Periodically check the tension of the compressor drive belt. The deflection of the belt in the middle of its longest strand must be 10.0 mm. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the pulley nut, then turn the bracket adjusting bolt to the desired angle and tighten the pulley nut again.
