Sequence of works
1. Place the vehicle on stands in a horizontal position or use a lift.

2. Remove the engine protection to access the oil filler plug 1 (Fig. 6.8).

3. Unscrew the plug on the gearbox with a 17 mm Allen key. This hole is used to check the oil level and to fill it.
4. If the oil starts leaking out immediately, then its level is normal. Otherwise, check the oil level with your finger - it should be no more than 5 mm from the lower edge of the filler hole. You can use a piece of wire for this purpose, which should be bent beforehand.
5. If the oil level is below 5 mm below the lower edge of the filler hole, use a funnel and hose or an oil syringe to add the specified ATF transmission oil until it starts to flow out of the filler hole.
