Removal
1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the intake manifold heater.
3. If present, unscrew and remove the intake manifold support bracket.
4. Remove the screws and the heater from the intake manifold. Remove the gasket and sealing ring.
Installation
1. Install a new rubber ring and sealing ring onto the heater.
2. Install the heater onto the intake manifold and screw it in place.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the heater, then install the intake manifold support bracket.
4. Connect the ground wire to the battery.
