Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the plug from the manifold heater connector.
3. Where required, loosen the bolts and remove the intake manifold mounting stand.
4. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the heater from the manifold. Remove the insulating and rubber sealing rings.
Installation
5. Install a new rubber sealing ring onto the heater, then the insulating ring.
6. Place the heater on the manifold, then insert and tighten the mounting screws.
7. Reconnect the wire plug to the connector, then install the manifold mounting stand.
8. Connect the negative battery terminal.
