Removing
1. Disconnect the wire "masses" batteries.
Attention! This erases the anti-theft code of the radio.
2. Remove the air filter cross tube.
3. Remove the wire channel on the engine (3).
4. Remove top coat (4).
5. Unscrew the engine exhaust ventilation system (5) from the cylinder head and remove the elements of its connection. When doing this, do not bend the air ducts.
6. Remove drain oil hoses from injectors.
7. unscrew the bolts (6) cylinder head covers.
8. Remove the cylinder head cover (7) with sealing gasket (8).
Installation
1. Before installing the cylinder head cover, make sure that the fit is correct (arrow) cover bushings (1). Replace damaged o-rings.
2. Install the cylinder head cover with gasket and tighten to 10 Nm, i.e. not too tight. Replace damaged seal.
3. Connect fuel injection lines and drain oil hoses.
4. Connect and attach engine exhaust vent hoses.
5. Install the plastic cover and wire channel.
6. Install the air filter cross tube.
7. Connect battery ground cable (–).
8. Set the anti-theft code for the radio.
9. Start the engine and check for oil tightness.
