Upper side airbags (Mercedes-Benz Vito W639)

Designed to protect the head during a side impact.

The upper airbags (13) and the pyrotechnic gas generators (R12/16) and (R12/17) are installed together with the air tubes along the passenger compartment under the ceiling trim.
