Removal and installation the hood (Mercedes-Benz Vito W639)

1. Remove the upper part of the hood latch (1).

2. Mark the position of the hood (7) relative to the hinges (2). Do not use scratching objects.

3. Loosen the bolts (3). Tighten to 20 Nm when installing.

4. Remove the hood (7).

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After installation, adjust the hood for clearances (see "Clearances").
