Removal



1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove cover 22 (figure 8.2).

3. Move fingers 1 in the direction of the arrow and remove the flap.

4. Remove the heating and ventilation system control knobs 3.

5. Unscrew nut 6 and remove gasket 7 from fan switch 8.

6. Unscrew nut 6 and remove gasket 7 from air temperature regulator 19.

7. Unscrew screws 9.

8. Move cover 10 forward.

9. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the backlight switch 11 and disconnect the wires 17 from the clamps 18.

10. Remove cover 12 of fan switch 8.

11. Loosen latch 14 on connector 13 of the fan switch and disconnect the wiring connector.

12. Remove the air temperature regulator 19.

13. Remove the instrument panel cover.

Installation



14. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
