Tires
Modern tires are a high-tech product, made of rubber and fabric on a metal frame. Tires support the weight of the vehicle, absorb minor bumps and impacts in the road surface, and serve to transmit force when driving, braking, and maneuvering. The tires on the drive axle wheels of a vehicle wear out faster.
Size of disks
The size of the disk according to existing standards is indicated in inches. The number in the designation corresponds to the width of the disk in inches, the letter indicates the shape. The second digit shows the mounting diameter of the disk.
The size of the car's wheels and tires is indicated in the operating instructions. The Sprinter models reviewed in this manual can be equipped with two wheel sizes: 5.5Jx15 and 6Jx15.
