Disassembly



1. Secure the differential housing 13.

2. Knock out roller pin 19 and differential pin 16 from differential housing 13 using a punch.

3. Remove satellites 15 with spherical gaskets 14 and bevel gears of drive shafts 17 with thrust gaskets 18.



4. Check each element for wear.

1. Insert pin 046 into the hole in the differential housing.

2. Install both bevel gears of the drive shafts 17 with thrust washers 18 on the pin in the differential housing.

3. Install both satellites 15 with spherical gaskets 14 and turn them using pin 046.

4. Instead of the differential pin, insert pin 021 into the differential housing to secure the bevel gears of the drive shafts and satellites.



Examination



1. Check the differential torque. It should be 5-30 N·m.

2. Install differential pin 16 and roller pin 19.

3. Remove the differential housing from the vice.
