Remove the clutch release bearing from the guide tube on the transmission front cover. Pull off the clutch housing and remove the clutch release fork.
Remove clutch housing.
Unscrew the bolts securing the front cover of the gearbox.
Remove cover. When doing this, pay attention to the spacer washers for the input shaft (A) and for intermediate shaft (V).
Loosen the pipe for the clutch release bearing.
Remove the sealing ring from the cover.
Clean the gearbox cover.
Press a new O-ring firmly into the cover at the interface.
Tighten the pipe bolts by hand (d) bearing.
Spacers or compensation washers (A) And (V) and a new paper pad (e) insert into lid (With) and to facilitate installation, glue with grease.
Lubricate the edges of the sealing ring (stuffing box) and the place of contact with them of the input shaft with grease.
Carefully place the cover on the input shaft.
Screw in the mounting bolts and tighten them crosswise. The threaded holes must be free from grease and the threads of the bolts must not be lubricated with hardening sealant.
Fit the clutch housing onto the leading edges of the front cover and observe the exact position of the interface plane.
Put spring washers on the fastening bolts, wrap and evenly tighten the bolts.
Tighten the bearing tube bolts.
Install bearing and clutch release fork.
