Loosen clamping bolts (1, 2 and 3).
Turn the tensioner (4) so that the tension of the belt is loosened, after which it can be removed.
In the case of a 110 motor, loosen the screw (1) on the front face of the hydraulic pump.
loosen the nut (2). Turn the adjusting screw (3) to the left, which will loosen the tension on the belt, which can then be removed.
Install a new belt and tension it using the adjusting wheel. The deflection of the tensioned belt at the midpoint between the pulleys should be about 5 mm.
Tighten clamp bolts or locknuts.
Install the removed belts on the crankshaft pulley and check their tension.
Attention: The workshop will be able to fine-tune the tension of the drive belt using a special tool. The control readings of this tool are equal for a new belt - 50, for an already used belt - 40-45.
