Sequence of works





1. Remove the cross intake air duct and injector housing.

2. Unscrew the fuel line from the injector being removed (Fig. 4.80).

3. Disconnect the excess fuel drain lines.

4. Unscrew the nozzle using a tubular wrench.

5. Pay attention to the adjusting washers, when unscrewing they may remain in the nozzle socket. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, when installing the nozzle, the washers must be replaced with new ones.

6. Install each injector in its place and tighten to 70–80 N·m.

7. Tighten the pipes to the injectors with a torque of 10–15 N·m.
