Sequence of works
1. On vehicles with an armrest between the front seats, open the drawer.
Models with manual transmission
2. Slide the cover down along the lever. Take hold of the cover of the lever opening together with the cover and pull it up. If necessary, carefully pry up the lower edge of the cover in front with a suitable tool (from the side of the glasses box) and from behind until it disengages.
Models with automatic transmission

3. Carefully pry the frame around the selector lever from the sides (fig. 10.32). Then pry up the trim from the front edge and selector lever side.
All models
4. Remove the contact connector from the back of the trim. Its shape prevents confusion.
