Sequence of works
1. The Mercedes emblem is removed together with the support when the hood is open.

2. Using large pliers, grasp the locking knuckle, pull it down and turn it 90°. Insert the ends of the knuckle into the provided slots in the base of the emblem (Fig. 11.8).
3. Remove the emblem from the outside.
4. When installing, squeeze the locking clip.
