The radiator grille is inserted into the engine bonnet frame at the front and screwed in place. The Mercedes emblem is further back in the painted area of the engine bonnet.

Removal



Removal


1. Remove the bolts (arrows) and remove the radiator trim forward.

2. Remove the Mercedes emblem. To do this, pull the spring clip down strongly with a pipe wrench, turn it about 90° (1/4 turn) to the left and secure the ends of the bracket in the slots provided for them. Then pull the Mercedes emblem up out of the engine hood.

Installation



1. Install the radiator grille and screw it on.

2. Insert the Mercedes emblem from above, pull the spring clip down with a pipe wrench and turn it 90° to the right.
