Removal
Location of the cold start valve
1. Relieve pressure in the fuel system.
2. Remove the ground cable from the battery.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the cold start valve located on the intake manifold near the cylinder head.
4. Loosen the fuel line union nuts, then disconnect the fuel line from the cold start valve and the fuel distributor.
5. Remove the two screws and remove the cold start valve together with the gasket.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
