Removal
Fuel line and vacuum hose connections to the pressure regulator
A - fuel lines;
B – vacuum hose
1. Relieve pressure in the fuel system.
2. Remove the ground cable from the battery.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Using clamps, pinch the fuel lines connected to the fuel pressure regulator.
5. Loosen the fuel line union nuts and remove the fuel lines from the pressure regulator. If equipped, disconnect the vacuum hose from the rear of the pressure regulator.
6. Unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the fuel pressure regulator from the air flow sensor housing.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
