The location of the bolts of the front door
1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.
2. If the vehicle has power windows or central locking, remove the door trim.
3. From the electric equipment located in a door disconnect electric sockets and a vacuum hose of the central lock. Mark the location, then remove the electrical wiring and vacuum hose from the mounting brackets. Remove the rubber o-ring from the front end of the door and remove the electrical wiring and vacuum hose from the door.
4. Using a pencil or marker, mark the location of the hinges on the door pillar.
5. Remove the mounting bracket and washer and remove the pivot pin securing the door opener to the A-pillar. If the pivot pin is too tight, use a punch and hammer to knock it out. 6. While the assistant supports the door, unscrew the bolts securing the door and remove it from the vehicle (see fig. The location of the bolts of the front door).
7. Check the condition of the door hinges for wear and damage. If it is necessary to replace the door hinges, mark their location on the door, then unscrew the bolts and remove the hinges from the door. Install a new hinge according to the marks and fix it with bolts, tightening them to the required torque.
Backdoor
1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.
2. If the vehicle has power windows or central locking, remove the door trim.

Mark the location, then remove the electrical wiring and vacuum hose from the mounting brackets. Remove the rubber o-ring from the front end of the door and remove the electrical wiring and vacuum hose from the door.
4. Using a pencil or marker, mark the location of the hinges on the door pillar.
5. Remove the mounting bracket and washer and remove the pivot pin securing the door opener to the A-pillar. If the pivot pin is too tight, use a punch and hammer to knock it out. Remove the rubber protective cover from the end of the door.
6. While the assistant supports a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of a door and remove it from the car.
Installation
1. Install the door on the vehicle and fit the door hinge bolts. Align the door hinges in accordance with the marks applied before removal, then tighten the hinge mounting bolts to the required torque.
2. Slide the rubber boot over the stopper, then align the door stopper with the bracket and install the pivot pin and washer and secure it with the bracket. Install the rubber protective boot on the front end of the door.
3. If available, route the vacuum hose and electrical wiring through the door and install the rubber seal in place. Check that the hose and electrical wiring are correctly positioned and secure with brackets.
4. After installing the door, check that the gap around the perimeter of the door is the same everywhere, and also that the outer surface of the door is flush with the rest of the body. To adjust the gap around the perimeter of the door, loosen the door hinge bolts and, moving the door, adjust its position, then tighten the mounting bolts.
5. To install the door flush with the rest of the body, loosen the bolts securing the door hinge to the door and adjust the position of the door, then tighten the mounting bolts.
6. Check that the door lock fits clearly on the striker plate located on the pillar. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the screws holding the striker plate, move the striker plate and tighten the fixing screws.
7. Connect ground wire to battery.
