Installation and adjustment
1. Install the doors onto the centering bolts while simultaneously inserting the air lines and electrical wiring through the A-pillar.
2. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 37 Nm.
3. Attach or loosen the protective sleeve and door retainer to the A-pillar.
4. Connect all the driver's door wiring to the wiring connector in the floor and secure them with fixing tape. Install the panel on the floor. Remove the door stop and check the gap between the door and the body, adjust it if necessary.
5. Tighten the door stop mounting bolts, but do not tighten them.
6. Adjust the driver's door so that the panel is flush with the front fender or 1 mm lower. Check the adjustment of the rear door.
7. Adjust the door stop so that the door closes completely and adjust the door by moving the stop so that the door is flush with the rear door or 1 mm higher.
8. Tighten the door stop mounting bolts to 20 Nm.
9. Check the door outline and install the window frame. Check the door for ease of movement.
