1. Remove the interior door trim panel.
2. Disconnect the lock release rod from the lock, then remove the inner handle and rod.
3. On models equipped with power windows or side bolsters, remove the window regulator.
4. Remove the Phillips head screws and remove the lock through the bottom hole.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
