The temperature sensor is installed next to the fog lamp. Depending on the version, it is located either on the driver's side or the front passenger's side.
Removal
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must be removed first.
Warning! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio receiver security code, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Depending on the model, remove the corresponding wing liner, refer to Section Removal and installation the front wing liner.
3. Disconnect the temperature sensor connector.
4. Remove the temperature sensor (1) from the holder on the front bumper.
Installation
1. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
2. Connect the battery ground (-) cable with the ignition off. Reinstall the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the clock.
