- required when installing a throttle cable;
- if there are too strong jerks when shifting gears in the partial load range, i.e., at medium engine speeds. At the same time, do not set the control pressure cable too short, otherwise you will not be able to make brake changes.
The shifting of higher gears is carried out in the range of high speeds.
If the shifting of higher gears is carried out only in the range of low speeds, then under certain circumstances the cable may disengage or break.
Do not perform any reverse shifts with the accelerator pedal fully depressed.
Brake switching not possible, i.e. when switching the selector lever back, e.g. from position "D" into position "3" the gearbox does not turn on.
Attention! The described claims may have other reasons. Since the assessment of faults requires special expertise, the targeted fault detection and elimination should be entrusted to a workshop.
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
Attention! Check the installation of the throttle cable/throttle lever, adjust if necessary.
2. Let the engine idle, disconnect the vacuum regulator equipped with a threaded terminal from the terminal, and turn off the engine.
3. Until then, screw in the set screw (15), while the clamping nipple is on the spacer (17) will not have a gap of about 2 mm.
4. Then back out the set screw until the point of the arrow is exactly over the notch on the set screw.
