VN 8.017 Gaps between body elements
Adjustment of gaps when installing removable body elements is carried out as shown in the figures below.
The gaps should not be wedge-shaped.
The deviation from parallelism of the edges of the body elements should not be more than 0.5 mm along the entire length of the gap. If the external clearance is too large or too small, the installation of the corresponding body part should be adjusted.
The maximum vertical deviation during installation of the body element should not exceed 0.5 mm. The reference data provided is intended for use in repairing a body damaged in an accident.
