VN 8.017 Gaps between body parts
Adjustment of gaps when installing removable body elements is carried out as shown in the figures below.
Gaps should not be wedge-shaped.
The deviation from the parallelism of the edges of the body elements should not be more than 0.5 mm along the entire length of the gap. If the external clearance is too large or too small, then the installation of the corresponding body part must be corrected.
The maximum vertical deviation when installing a body element should not exceed 0.5 mm. This reference data is intended for use in the repair of a body damaged in an accident.
