Air suspension control unit (Mercedes-Benz Vito W638)

Removal

1. Lower the right seat 9 (see figure 7.15).

2. Remove the inner trim 2 behind the seat and unscrew the bolts 3.

3. Unscrew bolts 4 securing support 5.

4. Disconnect wiring connector 6 from control unit 7.

5. Remove control unit 7 from support 5 by unscrewing the mounting bolts.

Installation

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Read the fault code and clear it. Check the vehicle's ground clearance and adjust it if necessary.
