Removal



1. Set the car to "Service mode" (only on vehicles with air suspension). Press button 1 at the bottom for about 2 seconds before lifting (see figure 7.19).

2. Raise and secure the vehicle.

3. Remove the suction tube 3 from the air filter 4.

4. Loosen the wiring connectors 7.

5. Remove delivery pipes 5 and 5a from electropneumatic valves 6.

6. Unscrew bolts 8 from compressor 2.

Installation



7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. The delivery tubes are color coded. It is permissible to shorten the delivery tubes by approximately 0.5 cm.
