Removal
1. Unscrew bolts 2 securing hinges 3 and 4 (figure 8.6).
2. Remove door 1.

Installation
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Adjustment
4. Check the gaps A and B and the alignment of ribs C and D (figure 8.7).

- Gap around the door perimeter:10±1 mm.
- Front door installation depth to gap A on the central pillar:0 (+1/-2) mm.
- Deviation of the alignment of the front door ribs to the front wing ribs:0±2 mm.
Adjusting the upper clearance
5. Loosen screws 3 securing clamp 2 (figure 8.8).

6. Mark the position of loops 6 and 9 (figure 8.9).

7. Loosen screws 8 and 11 securing hinges 6 and 9.
8. Adjust the top gap by moving loops b and 9 in the required direction: up - decreasing it, down - increasing it.

9. Tighten screws 8 and 11.
Adjusting the side clearance and rib alignment
10. Loosen screws 7 and 10 securing the hinges (figure 8.10).

11. Adjust the side clearance and rib alignment by moving the hinges left or right.
12. Tighten screws 7 and 10.
13. Move the retainer 2 vertically until the guide 12 engages with the door lock 4 without tension when it is closed (figure 8.11).
14. Tighten screws 3 securing clamp 2.
