Removal
Powertrain Suspension Support Bracket Installation Details
18 - Powertrain suspension support; 19 - Bracket; 21 - Mounting bolts; 35 - Fastening nut
1. Raise the gearbox with a jack.
2. Unscrew the engine mount mounting nut (35). Unscrew the bolts (21) with washers and remove the bracket (19) together with the engine mount support (18).
3. Unscrew the cardan shaft from the gearbox. Unscrew the bolt (8) securing the speedometer shaft (9) and remove it.
4. Loosen the mounting bushings in the flange of the cardan shaft. To do this, use a punch with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of approximately 150 mm.
5. Loosen the driveshaft nut and move the driveshaft away from the flange towards the rear of the vehicle.
6. Remove the support assembly bolts (200a).
7. Unscrew the gearbox flange mounting nut.
8. Remove the gearbox flange. 9. Using a screwdriver, pry the oil seal out of the gearbox cover.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
