92 - Front gearbox cover; 92a - Bolt; 93 - Seal; 94, 96 - Gaskets; 100 - Manual transmission; 150 - Clutch release bearing; 155 - Clutch release lever


Removal



1. Secure the gearbox to the stand.

2. Drain the oil from the gearbox (approximately 1.7 l).

3. Remove the clutch release bearing (150) and clutch release lever (155).

4. Unscrew the front cover (92).

5. Using a screwdriver, remove the seal (93).

Installation



1. Using a suitable mandrel, press the new seal in until it stops.

2. Lubricate and install gaskets (94) and (96) into the gearbox cover (02).
