50, 113b, 103a - Gasket; 71 - 1st gear engagement lever; 72, 82a, 113a - Bolt; 82 - Gearbox rear cover; 87 - Flange; 88 - Nut; 100 - Gearbox; 113 - Locking bearing


Removal



1. Secure the gearbox to the stand.

2. Remove the locking bearing (113).

2. Remove the locking bearing (113).


3. Unscrew the nut (88) and remove the flange (87).



3. Unscrew the nut (88) and remove the flange (87).


4. Remove the 1st gear engagement lever (71).

5. Loosen the bolt (101) and remove the shaft (103).

5. Loosen the bolt (101) and remove the shaft (103).


6. Loosen the bolts (82a) and remove the gearbox cover (82).

6. Loosen the bolts (82a) and remove the gearbox cover (82).





Installation



1. Replace the gasket (50), lubricate the bolts (82a) with sealant 001 369 2520 (Hylomar) and tighten the bolts to a torque of 23 Nm.

2. Replace the sealing ring (103a), lubricate the bolt (101) with sealant 001 989 25 20 (Hylomar) and tighten it to a torque of 5 Nm.

2. Replace the sealing ring (103a), lubricate the bolt (101) with sealant 001 989 25 20 (Hylomar)…


3. Replace the nut (88) and tighten it to 160 Nm.

3. Replace the nut (88) and tighten it to 160 Nm.


4. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
