1. Loosen the bolts (18).

2. Remove the front cover (10) by unscrewing the two bolts (18) (arrows).

1 - Pump assembly housing cover; 2 - Thrust washer; 3, 4 - Pump gears; 6 - Seal; 7 - Sealing ring; 10 - Front gearbox cover; 12 - Piston LB3; 13 - Spring bushing; 14 - Return spring; 15 - Retaining ring; 16, 17 - Oil seal rings; 19 - Gasket; 20 - Roller bearing; 21, 22 - Teflon rings; 23 - Bolt


1. Remove piston LB3 (12).

2. Unscrew the bolts (23) and remove the secondary pump housing (1) with the intermediate plate (2) from the front cover (10).



3. Remove the intermediate plate.

4. Remove the radial seal (6) and replace it. If the roller bearing (20) is damaged, the secondary pump must be replaced.

5. Remove both pump gears (3) and (4) from the pump housing.

Assembly and installation



Assembly and installation are carried out in the reverse order of removal.
