Secondary Pump Installation Details (AT to No.3652931)
18, 29 - Sealing rings; 19 - Intermediate plate; 20 - Pump body; 21 - Cut-off piston; 22, 22 - Pump gears; 24 - Spring; 25 - Spring bushing; 27 - Lid; 28 - Retaining ring; 30, 31 - Teflon rings; 45 - Bolt
1. Raise AT.
2. Remove the rear engine cross member.
3. Disconnect the exhaust system.
4. Unscrew the bolts (45).
5. Remove the secondary pump.
6. Remove the intermediate plate (19) and sealing ring (18).
Disassembly
1. Remove the pump gears (22) and (23).
2. Disconnect the retaining ring (28).
3. Remove the cover (27).
4. Remove the spring (24), spring bushing (25) and shut-off piston (21) from the secondary pump housing (20). Check the sealing ring (29) and the Teflon rings (30) and (31) and replace them if necessary.
Assembly and installation
Assembly and installation are carried out in the reverse order of removal.
