Loosen the wing nut securing the tank cover.
Remove cover, spring and damper (see fig. 239).

Suck the oil out of the tank.
Disconnect the high pressure hose from the pump. Close the holes in the pump and in the hose with plugs, the same in the return and connecting hoses.
On 280S/SE models, release the radiator mount.
Loosen the booster pump mounting bolts and move the pump relative to the engine.
Remove drive belts.
On 280S/SE models, loosen the pulley nut on the pump shaft and remove the pulley with a puller.
Unscrew the pump mounting bolts in models 350/450SE and remove it together with the bracket.
Installation is carried out in reverse order. Adjust the tension of the drive belts. On fig. 114 and 115 show the location of the drive belts. Check the tension of the belts in the indicated places. The deflection of the belts should be within 6-10 mm.
