Wheel rim mounting bolt - 100±10 Nm

Steering gear mounting bolts to the body - 70 - 80 Nm

Steering gear shaft mounting nut - 160 - 200 Nm

Self-locking nut for mounting the pendulum arm - 120 Nm

Steering rod joint slotted nut - 35 Nm

Steering rod clamp bolt - 20 Nm

Hexagon socket head bolt for fastening the shaft to the steering gear - 25 Nm

Steering wheel mounting nut on the shaft - 50 Nm

Bolts for fastening the steering arm to the steering knuckle - 80 Nm

Power steering LS90



Bolts for fastening the bearing cover to the steering gear housing - 60 - 65 Nm

Allen bolts or bolts securing the housing cover to the steering gear housing - 30 - 35 Nm

Self-locking nut of the adjusting bolt (Seal-lock-Bundmutter) — 60 - 75 Nm

Self-locking nut of the adjusting bolt (Polystop - Sechskantmutter) — 30 - 35 Nm

Slotted or hex nut on bearing cap - 120 - 140 Nm

Spline nut on piston - 140 - 160 Nm

Power steering pump



Nut on the drive shaft - 60 Nm

High pressure hose:
  • nut with pipe thread - 45 - 50 Nm
  • union nut - 25 - 30 Nm

Bolts on the pump body - 35 - 40 Nm

Hollow tank mounting bolt - 35 - 40 Nm

Pipe supplying to the pump - 35 - 40 Nm

Steering gear outlet pipe - 35 - 40 Nm

Bolts or self-locking bolts for fastening the pump bracket to the cylinder block:

-8 mm
  • 8.8 - 25 Nm
  • 10.9 - 37.5 Nm
  • 12.9 - 70 Nm

-10 mm
  • 8.8 - 50 Nm
  • 10.9 - 60 Nm
  • 12.9 - 120 Nm
