Fig. 3.4. Car wash
Washing a car on the street is now prohibited in many cities. There are good reasons for this: during washing, oil residues and other harmful substances end up in the sewer along with dirty water. Therefore, an automatic car wash is a good solution to the problem. The amount of water used is sufficient, the process is gentle. Oil separators and water treatment systems take care of the environment. In addition, you can choose from various washing programs.
Using a high pressure washer
1. The water temperature should be a maximum of 60°C. Too hot water affects the rubber and underbody protection.
2. Set the pressure regulator to a maximum of 3 MPa.

3. Stay at a distance of 60–80 cm (Fig. 3.4). If the distance from the vehicle is shorter and the pressure is high, there is a risk of damaging the paintwork.
4. When washing the engine, be careful as water may damage the vehicle's electronic equipment or enter the engine through the intake manifold, which may cause failure.
