Removal

1. Loosen the clamp and remove the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the protective cover, loosen the fastening and remove the positive terminal from the battery (see Fig. Location of screws securing battery terminals).
3. At the bottom of the battery, unscrew the bolt and remove the battery mounting plate (see Fig. Location of battery mounting bolt).
4. Remove the battery from the engine compartment.
Installation
1. The battery is installed in the reverse order of removal.
2. In this case, first connect the positive terminal of the battery, and then the negative one. After connecting with glue to the battery, lubricate them with technical petroleum jelly.
